This projector is very good grayscale OOTB, with its smallest DeltaE errors being 2.3 (which is barely noticeable to trained eyes). It also displayed a number of subtle color variations for instance, when Adam slammed his light staff into the ground.
Other features include 3D support keystone correction, and automatic focus. These features ease installation and setup. It also supports the usual BenQ configuration options. It does not support the vertical focus or lens shift. It also has an image distortion feature that can be beneficial in less than ideal settings, but it does affect the quality of images.
GP500 Platinum
The GP500 is also equipped with a number of convenience and quality-of-life features that are common, but some not so common, such as Keystone and Corner Fit, which digitally warps the image for an installation that is not ideal and a Toslink audio output jack which mutes the built in speaker when headphones or another speaker system are plugged in and Bluetooth that allows the GP500 to operate wirelessly as a receiver to play music. 3D playback can also be supported.
Subjectively, I found the GP500 to have extremely accurate grayscale OOTB. It measured a DeltaE of just 2.3 which is less than what's seen by the human eye and quite good. The Dynamic Contrast feature really added depth to the nighttime scenes in Life of Pi and the color on display was excellent as well. Avatar was very impressive as well.
GP500 Black
The GP500 is Pinlock Max Vision-ready and tear-off-ready and has opening tabs on both sides of the shield. It also has the shield lock to stop it from opening while riding (or in the event of an accident). There's a double-d ring fastener on the rear of the helmet and it's tool-free.
The auto-focus function was very fast and efficient and produced clear, crisp images with a variety of distinct shades. It had some issues with the darker night scenes in Life of Pi, but otherwise, it gave a cinematic vibe.
There aren't any race rep graphics available for the GP500 but you can buy Airoh Sectors, Scrape and Cosmos in the plain black finish. You can also buy it with Rockstar, Drive and Check graphics to give it a more track-focused look.
GP500 White
With a lithium battery of top quality, this scooter is able to travel for long distances before needing to be recharged. The battery can be taken off to charge remotely at any time. This model also has robust puncture-proof tyres that can prevent flats whilst out and about.
The built-in DLP Link glasses can also be used to activate 3D playback. It's nice to see that this projector still supports this feature considering some brands have removed it in recent times.
The GP500 White also has several common and some not-so-common quality-of-life features such as Keystone and Corner Fit (which is digital image warping). These features can be helpful in less than ideal installations since they make it easier to display a flat image. However, they could degrade the quality of the image. It is important to remember this. The GP500 produced very clean and distinct colors. It also was a fantastic grayscale performer OOTB.
GP500 Yellow
The GP500 is an elegant and stylish road mobility scooter that puts safety, performance, and comfort first. It comes with a massive battery that gives you an impressive 35 mile driving range in factory conditions. The motors' high torque permit it to climb steep hills and inclines. It has a full set of indicators, headlights and a 4mph speed setting to use it on pavements. Its visor has a 50% tint that helps to prevent fogging. It also comes with an antimicrobial super-soft, removable and machine washable inner lining, which helps to eliminate sweaty odors. It's easy to remove in the event of an emergency and lowers the risk of neck injuries. It has an upper spoiler at the rear that improves air flow and reduces the chance of buffeting.
GP500 Green
